Bottling the 2009 Sweet Earth Vineyards Pinot Noir

It was a bit chilly this morning as we started bottling the 2009 Pinot Noir. Matt, our winemaker, had a crew ready to go and work was underway by 8 a.m. You might notice the challenging and difficult task Matt assigned to the McCullums. Placing that label on the outside of each case takes great precision and skill! If you think this wine looks good…wait ’til you taste it. It is truly a delightful pinot that has been aging in french oak for the past 17 months. We plan to release this vintage in early May.
